If the journal you have chosen to submit your manuscript to has their own citation style, you can download that style from Endnote directly and use it as you're citing in your manuscript.
First, check on the journal's page to see which citation style they use. You will typically find this information under the Author Guidelines or Information for Authors pages.
Visit the Output Styles page from Endnote to find your journal. You can search by journal title, citation style, or publisher:
Once you have found the citation style or journal title, click on the Download button on the right:
The citation style will download as an .ens file:
Navigate to your Endnote Application, where you will see a folder labelled Styles. You can drag and drop the output style into that folder.
If the style doesn't appear while using Cite While You Write, close the Endnote application and the Word document and reopen them.
