For news, magazine, and journal articles on mergers and acquisitions, search ABI InformBusiness Source Complete, and Factiva

For a comprehensive research try the following:

  • Bloomberg (available in the Humanities/McLennan Library, 3rd floor (Room M3-53B)). Type MA and hit GO.
  • SDC Platinum, go to Mergers & Acquisitions. Access to SDC Platinum is limited. For access email Dawn McKinnon or Emily Jaeger-McEnroe.
  • Mergent, search for a company and then under the Company tab, click on History.
  • CBInsights - search for a company, then Transactions > Acquisitions. CBInsights includes public companies and start-ups.

For a list of US SEC filings related to M&A's see the guide by Penn Libraries.

**Desautels Faculty of Management students (only) can request accounts for Capital IQ. Within Capital IQ, scroll over Screening and select Transactions.
