Q: I used an e-book last year, but now it is no longer in the catalogue. Where did it go?

There are multiple possibilities. For example,

1. The e-book might still be somewhere in the catalogue, but digitally misplaced.
2. The e-book might have been accidentally removed from the catalogue.
3. The e-book might have been removed on purpose, as McGill no longer has access to it.

If you let us know that an e-book you need cannot be found, we will do our best to help you. Tell us about the issue  through the Report a problem form , and we will be in contact with you shortly. We may be able to find the e-book, re-purchase it, or even get it from another library for you.
