To remove one duplicate reference at a time:

To edit specifications for de-duplication, go to Edit > Preferences > Duplicates.

  1. Under Library, choose Find duplicates.
  2. Choose Keep this record to eliminate one of the duplicate records.

To remove all duplicate references:

To edit specifications for de-duplication, go to Edit > Preferences > Duplicates.

  1. Under Library, choose Find duplicates.
  2. Click Cancel.
  3. The duplicate copies are highlighted in blue.
  4. Drag & drop them to Trash.
