Groups allow you to stay organized. Groups in Endnote are similar to folders on your computer. A folder holds one or more files, and a group can hold one or more references. 

Create a group for any topic you want, then easily drag and drop references from your library into a group. The same reference can appear in multiple groups and is not duplicated when you do this.

Right click on My Groups, select New Group, name the group.

Right click on the group you created to  rename or delete the group.
