Groups allow you to stay organized. Groups in Endnote are similar to folders on your computer. A folder holds one or more files, and a group can hold one or more references. 

To create a group, right-click on My Groups, select New Group, name the group.

Then drag and drop references from your library into a group. The same reference can appear in multiple groups and is not duplicated when you do this.

To rename or delete a group, simply right-click on that group and select the option you want.
