Use WRDS
The Compustat North America and Corporate Library datasets both contain information on executive compensation.

Use Bloomberg, available on the 3rd floor (Room M3-53B) of the Humanities/McLennan Library.
Type PEOP and hit GO. You can then screen by compensation levels, employee name etc.

Alternately, type the company ticker, EQUITY and MGMT to view a list of a company's executives. Click on their names to see their compensation.
