Companies rarely make formal statements about their strategy, however you can get a lot of information from their annual reports and from articles.

For annual reports see:

Mergent Online (search the company and click the 'reports' tab).

For articles see:

Business Source Complete

Proquest Central

Use words like strategy or strategic planning in combination with the company's name.

See also earnings conference calls.  This is when the company speaks to shareholders about opportunities and threats facing the company/industry. As such, the company's strategy will often be discussed.

Go to Factiva. Ine search box, enter rst=fndw and hd=[company name]
Example: rst=fndw and hd=intel

Note*: Factiva retrieves results for the most recent 3 months by default. You can adjust this setting.
