Go to the Bank of Canada - Currency Converter (rates going back 10 years). 

Go to Factiva. Choose Companies/Markets tab, then Quotes, then Select Instrument: Currencies. Provides a great range of countries than the Bank of Canada (rates going back 2+ years).
