Q. How do I find info on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)?

For news, magazine, and journal articles on mergers and acquisitions, search ABI Inform, Business Source Complete, and Factiva. 

For a comprehensive research try the following:

• Bloomberg (available in the Humanities/McLennan Library, 3rd floor (Room M3-53B)). Type MA and hit GO.
• SDC Platinum, go to Mergers & Acquisitions. Access to SDC Platinum is limited. For access email Dawn McKinnon or Emily Jaeger-McEnroe.
• Mergent, search for a company and then under the Company tab, click on History. 
• CBInsights - search for a company, then Transactions > Acquisitions. CBInsights includes public companies and start-ups.
