Search SDC Platinum, available in the Humanities/McLennan Library, 3rd floor (Room M3-53B). Choose Global New Issues, then United States, and then Private Placements.

Use the Bloomberg terminal in the Humanities/McLennan Library, 3rd floor (Room M3-53B). Enter NIM for New Issues Monitor and do a Custom Selection setting the Market Type to Private Placements to get a recent list.

For news, magazine, and journal articles related to private placements and a particular company, search ABI Inform, Business Source Complete, and Factiva.
