Start in Mergent Online: search for your company and click the 'report' tab to view annual reports. To view the 10Ks, click 'filings'. 10Ks can also be retrieved on the EDGAR website. 

Mergent should have the annual reports of all public companies going back 15 years. 

For reports older than 15 years, try Proquest Historical Annual Reports (US companies) or Mergent Archives.
